Quandri Partners with Western Financial Group to Build a New Operating Model for Insurance Agencies, Lifting Retention 2.3%

September 10, 2026

Quandri’s AI helps a leading enterprise insurance brokerage improve retention, surface revenue, and automate the administrative work behind client service.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 10, 2026 – Quandri, the AI platform for insurance agencies and brokerages, today announced a strategic partnership with Western Financial Group, a leading enterprise insurance brokerage. Western has rebuilt its service operations on Quandri’s AI, contributing to a 15% lift in Personal Lines EBITDA and $2.5 million in additional margin.

As insurance brokerages manage growing policy volumes and increasing demands on advisor time, the manual work required to proactively service clients has become difficult to scale. By automating that administrative work with Quandri, Western has reached more of its book, resulting in a 2.3% lift in retention worth $1.5 million in marginal revenue, in addition to uncovering $2 million in upsell revenue. Quandri also contributed to a 15% increase in EBITDA through that additional revenue and the redeployment of 14 full-time roles from administrative work back into client relationships.

“The moments that keep a client are the ones brokerages have the least capacity for, and that only changes when the manual policy work runs itself,” said Jackson Fregeau, CEO and co-founder of Quandri. “These results from Western show what changes when that work is automated. Advisors can spend more time with clients, while the brokerage can improve retention, uncover revenue opportunities and build a more scalable operating model.”

By working with Western, a brokerage with more than 180 branches and 300,000 personal lines policies, Quandri demonstrates how its insurance-native AI can scale across a large, distributed organization to deliver more consistent, proactive client service while reducing busywork for advisors.

“We’ve achieved exactly what we wanted with Quandri: delivering a better client experience, driving more revenue and giving our teams greater capacity to focus on higher-value work. This is what AI should deliver,” said Morgan Mackenzie, SVP, Enterprise Strategy, Partnerships & Transformation at Western Financial Group.

Quandri serves hundreds of agencies and brokerages across North America and has been recognized on the CB Insights InsurTech 50 and named to Deloitte Technology’s Fast 50. As the platform expands, Quandri continues to help independent agencies operate more efficiently while delivering stronger outcomes for both advisors and their clients.
