Chesapeake Employers Insurance Cuts Workers’ Comp Rates Again in 2026

Effective April 1, 2026, Chesapeake Employers’ Insurance Company will lower its net rates by 4%, further easing workers’ compensation expenses for Maryland business owners. This is the 11th consecutive year that the company has reduced its rates.
