Globex International Group Announces Staff Promotion and New Additions to Global Staff

Fairfield CT, January 03, 2025 — Globex International Group, with US offices in New Jersey and Connecticut, is pleased to announce the following Globex Underwriting Services (GUS) staff promotions and new additions to its global staff. Effective May 2024, the following seasoned personnel have been promoted to the GUS Leadership team: Tom Gu – Executive VP, Mario Leon – VP, Eren Yildiz – VP, and Andy Nazu – VP. These individuals will develop, guide, and manage existing and future operations within GUS. Effective October 2024, we are also pleased to announce the hiring of four exceptional multinational underwriting specialists: Juan Castro, based in Colombia; Andre Nicolosi, based in Brazil; Samet Askin, based in Türkiye; and Carlos Godoy currently based in Peru. Congratulations to our existing and new team members on these exciting developments.

Outside the U.S., Globex now operates offices in Brazil, Türkiye, Argentina, Colombia, the United Kingdom, France, the Philippines, and China. In August 2024, Globex transitioned its China operations from a representative office to a wholly owned subsidiary of Globex International Group. This transition allows Globex Beijing to offer both inward and outward placement services to existing and new customers.
