G.J. Sullivan Co. Acquires Books of Business
Orange, CA – G. J. Sullivan Co. Excess & Surplus Lines, Inc., Orange, CA and London American General Agency (LAGA) of San Diego and Arizona announce that they have signed a definitive agreement for GJS to acquire 100% of the Property & Casualty and Professional Liability books of business from LAGA, effective May 1, 2005. London American will continue to specialize and operate in Transportation and Motorsports Insurance coverages.
