Trucordia Names Roberts as EVP, Health Benefits & Financial Services

Trucordia named Steve Roberts executive vice president, health benefits and fnancial services. Roberts has more than three decades of experience leading growth, modernization and transformation across major healthcare and benefits organizations.

His background spans senior leadership roles at Carelon, Aetna, Henry Schein, Datavant, GE Healthcare, and Veradigm, where he led strategic initiatives.

Trucordia is headquartered in Lindon, Utah.

Arrowhead Programs Appoints Kaufman as SVP and Chief Actuary

Arrowhead Programs promoted Mark Kaufman to senior vice president and chief actuary.

In this expanded role, Kaufman will oversee the actuarial, data science and catastrophe modeling teams that support Arrowhead’s program business.

Kaufman, who joined Arrowhead Programs in 2023, has more than 30 years of experience in specialty insurance, including leadership roles overseeing actuarial and finance functions at national carriers.

Arrowhead’s actuarial team works with carrier partners to evaluate profitability, align on loss ratio expectations and develop pricing strategies that support long-term program performance. It is a division of Arrowhead Intermediaries headquartered in San Diego, California.
