Wealthspire Advisors LLC, an NFP company, has entered into an agreement to acquire Marin Financial Advisors in Larkspur, California.
Marin Financial Advisors has provided individuals and families with financial services since 1987. The firm is led by Principal Colin Drake, who will continue serving clients alongside Christine Cione, client service director.
Wealthspire Advisors is an independent registered investment advisor with a reported $31 billion in assets under management and 25 offices across the U.S.
