People Moves: Risk Strategies Appoints Clinkscales SVP, Private Client Services Leader for West Region

Risk Strategies appointed Jeff Clinkscales as senior vice president, private client services leader for the west region.

He oversees the region’s sales and service teams, manages relationships with carrier partners and other third parties and will spearhead the development of strategic growth initiatives. Alongside his regional leadership duties, Clinkscales will advise family offices and high-net-worth individuals on managing personal risks.

Clinkscales, based in Portland, Oregon, most recently served as vice president of USI’s Personal Risk practice, where he specialized in technical placements, and managed inter-division relationships.

Risk Strategies is headquartered in Boston.
