Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired Carlsbad, California-based Benchmark Commercial Insurance Services.

Robert Cohen and his team will remain in their current location under the direction of Scott Firestone, head of Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
