People Moves: Pinnacol Assurance Welcomes New Board Chair Goodman

Pinnacol Assurance named Mark D. Goodman board chair.

Goodman, currently chairman of Colorado Nut Holding Co., is on the board of directors for Colorado companies like Delta Dental and Bellco Credit Union. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock also appointed Goodman to the Prosperity Denver Fund.

Pinnacol is Colorado’s state-chartered workers’ compensation insurance carrier. Pinnacol has its board members appointed by the governor and confirmed by the state Legislature. Goodman was first appointed to the Pinnacol board in 2015, by then-Governor John Hickenlooper, and then was appointed to be board chair by Gov. Jared Polis in 2022.
