People Moves: SAIF Promotes Brigitte Hamilton Vice President of Claims

Brigitte Hamilton is SAIF’s new vice president of claims. Hamilton previously served as the director of business and software solutions on SAIF’s IT team.

SAIF is Oregon’s not-for-profit workers’ comp insurance company with offices throughout the state. Hamilton has worked at SAIF for over 20 years, starting as an administrative assistant in claims.

Since then, she’s held many roles in IT, including lead web designer and developer, business services manager and portfolio and project management director.

Hamilton will start her new role in January after the retirement of SAIF’s current Vice President Of Claims, Kathy Gehring. Gehring is retiring after more than 30 years with SAIF.
