Ewing-Leavitt Acquires Stolte Insurance Agency in Colorado

Loveland, Colorado-based Ewing-Leavitt Insurance acquired Stolte Insurance Agency in Arvada, Colorado.

Owner Rodger Bailey and his staff will join Ewing-Leavitt Insurance and Leavitt Group. For the time being, Stolte Insurance will be keeping the Stolte name and branding.

Stolte Insurance has one location in Arvada, where they’ve been since the agency’s founding more than 40 years ago. The agency serves personal and business insurance needs.

Leavitt Group is a privately held insurance brokerage with more than 200 locations in 27 states.
