Pathpoint Inc. named Ralph Blust chief revenue officer and president.

Blust oversees Pathpoint’s sales and underwriting operations teams.

Blust has more than 35 years of insurance industry leadership. He was most recently chief executive officer of National Flood Services.

Blust previously held executive leadership roles at Insureon/Insureon Solutions and Insurance Noodle.

Pathpoint is the a self-service excess and surplus platform, is licensed in all 50 states and is a coverholder at Lloyd’s of London.

San Francisco, California-based Woodruff Sawyer named Bill Urick to lead the Northern California employee benefits practice.

He has more than 35 years of commercial and benefits brokerage experience. He most recently led the healthcare benefits practice in California for a division of Assured Partners and held previous leadership roles at Johnson & Higgins, Marsh and A.J. Gallagher.
