The J. Morey Company Merges with Alliance 360° in California

The J. Morey Company Inc. Insurance Agents & Brokers has merged with Alliance 360° Insurance Solutions, based in Cypress, Calif.

Terms of the deal, which is effective June 1, were not disclosed.

The two companies will continue to operate under their respective names and will be led by The J. Morey Company President Joshua Morey, and CEO Kevin Fukuyama, as well as Alliance 360° Insurance Solutions President Nori Nishida and Executive Vice President Terri Seki.

The J. Morey Company operates four California offices in Anaheim, Downtown Los Angeles, San Jose and Torrance.

Alliance 360° Insurance Solutions is an employee benefits insurance agency.
