Alliant Acquires Biggs Insurance Services in Washington
Alliant Insurance Services acquired Vancouver, Wash.-based Biggs Insurance Services.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Biggs and its team of nearly 60 insurance professionals will join Alliant and will continue servicing clients from the Vancouver headquarters.
Biggs is a locally owned, independent agency that offers commercial insurance, personal insurance, employee benefits and various consulting services.
Alliant is a distributors of diversified insurance products and services.
