Crest Insurance Group in Arizona Adds Hay, IBG

Crest Insurance Group LLC of Scottsdale, Ariz. has acquired IBG LLC and added Craig Hay.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Hay will move his operations to the Crest Scottsdale branch.

Hay is a broker with experience in employee benefits. He has been in the business for more than 25 years and previously ran his own insurance agency.

Crest has Arizona offices in Tucson, Scottsdale, Mesa, Sierra Vista, and Flagstaff, as well as in Denver, Colo., Ft. Collins, Colo. and San Diego, Calif.
