The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has added Mark Ruggles.
Ruggles will be based in Northern California.
He has more than 30 years in the industry with past stops at Brown & Brown, McGriff, and most recently DSS.
The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is a privately owned broker with offices throughout the country.
