USI Insurance Acquires Venneberg Insurance in Alaska

USI Insurance Services has acquired Sitka, Alaska-based Venneberg Insurance. All of the agency’s employees, including Mike Venneberg, owner and principal, will be joining USI.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Venneberg Insurance is an independent risk management and insurance agency serving businesses and individuals throughout Southeast Alaska.

Valhalla, N.Y.-based USI is an insurance brokerage and consulting firm delivering property/casualty, employee benefits, personal risk, program and retirement solutions to large risk management clients, middle market companies, smaller firms and individuals.
