TWFG Insurance Acquires Penguin Insurance Services in California

TWFG Insurance has acquired Penguin Insurance Services in Milpitas, Calif.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Penguin is a network of independent brokers, which supports brokers throughout California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Washington and Arizona.

TWFG Insurance, or The Woodlands Financial Group, is a national insurance agency based in The Woodlands, Texas.
