Hub Acquires Assets of The Vitolo Company in Washington

Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of The Vitolo Co. in Seattle, Wash.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mike Vitolo, founder and president of The Vitolo Co., as well as the Vitolo team, will be joining Hub Northwest.

The Vitolo Co. is an independent insurance agency that provides employee benefits, group benefit planning and compliance consulting.

Chicago, Ill. -based Hub is a global insurance broker providing risk management, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management products and services.
