IMA Select Acquires Phillip Gira Insurance Agency in Colorado

IMA Select has completed its acquisition of Phillip Gira Insurance Agency in Denver, Colo.’s Glendale/Cherry Creek area.

Inga Phillip, who founded and served as CEO for Phillip Gira Insurance Agency for the past 35 years, will join IMA Select as a vice president and focus on building client relationships. Additionally, Jennifer Stevens will remain on staff as private client advisor and IMA Select will hire another client advisor to increase service levels for current and future clients.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Phillip Gira Insurance Agency is an independent commercial and personal insurance agency.

IMA specializes in property/casualty insurance, employee benefits and surety bonds and is a member of IMA Financial Group, a financial services company.
