Topa in California Names Tillinghast Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Calabasas, Calif.-based Topa Insurance Group has named Tracy Tillinghast vice president and chief information officer.

Tillinghast will be responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and leading the IT department.

Tillinghast has more than 25 years of insurance technology experience. He joined the company in 2018 as director of IT product management and earlier this year was promoted to assistant vice president of IT. Prior to Topa, he served as an IT executive at the California State Automobile Association.

Topa Insurance Group is an insurance holding company. Topa Insurance Co., the largest of its wholly owned subsidiaries, provides insurance products through the wholesale markets.
