Alera Group Acquires Banasky Insurance in Utah

Alera Group has acquired Banasky Insurance Inc., which has locations in Price and Draper, Utah.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Banasky Insurance offers property/casualty insurance solutions for clients, including commercial, life & health, and personal lines solutions. The firm specializes in builder’s risk and commercial fleet coverages.
