Alera Group Acquires Muench Financial in Washington

Alera Group has acquired Muench Financial Inc. in Seattle, Wash.

Muench Financial joins Alera Group through Wilson Albers. The Muench Financial team will operate out of Alera Group’s Seattle office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Muench Financial works with small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Northwest in a variety of capacities, with service offerings including evaluating retirement plan features, plan participant education, monitoring and evaluating plan investments and implementing retirement programs.

Alera Group is an independent insurance agency serving clients nationally in employee benefits, property/casualty, retirement services and wealth management.
