Irvine, Calif. -based Burnham Benefits has named Margie Spear vice president.

Spear has 14 years of industry experience. She previously worked in the benefits department at SeaTech Insurance Agency Inc./Pacific Unified Insurance.

Spear’s main responsibilities as will be to establish new business and manage client relationships.
