Worley Claims Services Acquires Alacrity in Oregon

Worley Claims Services LLC has acquired Eugene, Ore.-based Alacrity Renovation Services LLC from Lowe’s Companies Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Worley, based in Fishers, Indiana, is a provider of insurance claims management services in North America.

Alacrity is a provider of managed home and commercial property repair and emergency services to insurance carriers, financial institutions, property asset management firms and the real estate market.
