Arthur J. Gallagher Acquires Richter International Consulting in Washington

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Issaquah, Wash.-based Richter International Consulting LLC.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founder Dave Richter and his associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Leslie Lemenager, head of Gallagher’s international region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.

Richter International designs international benefits programs for multinational companies and nongovernmental organizations and their employees.

Arthur J. Gallagher is an insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Ill.
