Alera Group has acquired Distinctive Insurance and GLB Insurance Group of Nevada.

Terms of the deals weren’t disclosed.

Distinctive Insurance is an employee benefits consulting and insurance firm located in Southern Nevada that creates tailored benefit solutions.

GLB Insurance Group of Nevada is a full-service insurance agency located in Las Vegas, Nev. The group serves industries in the areas of commercial insurance, life and health insurance, workers’ compensation, personal insurance and surety bonds.

Deerfield, Ill.-based Alera Group is an employee benefits, property/casualty, risk management and wealth management firm.
