Norman-Spencer Acquires American Insurance Professionals in Arizona

Norman-Spencer Agency Inc. has acquired the business assets of American Insurance Professionals, a nationwide insurance broker based in Phoenix, Ariz.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AIP provides errors and omissions insurance, crime insurance, cyber insurance and statutory surety bonds to title professionals. The company is an exclusive program manager of General Star, a Berkshire Hathaway Co.

Dayton, Ohio-based Norman-Spencer provides nationwide insurance services with property/casualty programs covering real estate, transportation, construction and professional lines.
