Willis Towers Watson has added Fred Abbott as market leader for Northern California.

Abbott will be responsible for the company’s business operations, client relationships and growth opportunities across the Northern California market.

Abbott has been with the firm for more than 30 years.

Abbott has held several leadership roles in the U.S. and Canada during his Willis Towers Watson career. Most recently he led the Northern California team of client relationship directors.
