Cochrane & Co. Acquires Heritage General Agency in Colorado

Cochrane & Co. has acquired the assets of Heritage General Agency, a wholesale managing general agent, based out of Englewood, Colo.

HGA will become part of Cochrane and will establish Cochrane’s presence in Colorado.

HGA specializes in providing service and expertise to small and rural independent insurance agents in Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.

Spokane, Wash.-based Cochrane provides wholesale brokerage and managing general agent services for property/casualty, surety, personal lines and transportation business.
