Hub Acquires Assets from Kelly King in California

Hub International Ltd. has acquired certain assets from Kelly King Insurance Services.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ripon, Calif., Kelly King’s property/casualty insurance solutions are focused on insuring landscaping and tree care business operations.

Chicago, Ill.-based Hub is an insurance broker providing property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
