Navion Acquires Assets of California-Based James LasCola Insurance Services

Navion Insurance Associates has acquired the assets of Laguna Hills, Calif.-based James LasCola Insurance Services.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

LasCola’s leadership team will join Navion Insurance Associates. James LasCola will remain a part of the transition and management team, while continuing to expand his client base.

LasCola specializes in providing commercial and personal insurance products and services to the local community with an emphasis on closely held businesses.

Navion is a full-service insurance brokerage located in Southern California.
