PEMCO in Washington Names Simonson Learning and Development Manager

PEMCO Insurance in Washington has added Curt Simonson to the carrier’s people and brand team as the department’s learning and development manager.

Simonson’s responsibilities include managing employee training programs and leadership development strategies, with a focus on creating opportunities for growth.

He has more than 30 years of training and development experience within the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining PEMCO, Simonson worked as a strategy consultant at Spider Strategies, a performance management software company.

PEMCO is a Washington-based carrier providing auto, home and boat insurance.
