Hub International Acquires Assets of Montana-Based Steve Mariani Insurance

Hub International Ltd. has acquired the assets of Havre, Mont.-based Steve Mariani Insurance LLP.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

President Steve Mariani will join Hub Mountain and report to Rene LeVeaux, president of Hub Mountain States.

Steve Mariani Insurance specializes in employee benefits and consulting services.

Chicago, Ill.-based Hub provides property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
