Monarch E&S Opens New California Office, Names Five New Employees

Monarch E&S Insurance Services has opened a second San Diego County, Calif. office, this one in San Marcos. Five new employees will work out of the office.

The employees are: Michelle Mitchell, senior underwriter/broker; Janet Tharp, senior underwriter/broker; Dayna Herron, underwriter/broker; Chrissy Hellman, senior underwriting assistant; and Kristen Don, senior underwriting assistant.

The San Marcos office is north of San Diego at One Civic Center Dr., Suite 340. The branch will work in conjunction with the existing Mission Valley office.

Marisela Valencia will serve as branch manager of both San Diego offices.

“The San Diego market continues to be very important to us so we were pleased to have the opportunity to increase our presence to better serve our San Diego and Orange County retail agent customers,” said Derek Borisoff, president and CEO of Monarch.
