Idaho Women Sue Doctor over Counterfeit Implant Claim
Four women are suing a southern Idaho doctor because they say they were given counterfeit breast implants and knock-off Botox without their knowledge.
The women filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court on last week, contending that Dr. Temp Patterson, a plastic surgeon in the southern Idaho town of Burley, used implants and injections that were imported from China and not FDA approved.
Patterson did not immediately return phone calls requesting comment.
Hearn said three women in the lawsuit are in the process of having the Chinese breast implants surgically removed.
