Quake Jolted Northern California Area: USGS
An earthquake jolted a Northern California area but there were no reports of any problems.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the magnitude 4.3-temblor struck shortly before 11 p.m. Wednesday and was centered 36 miles southwest of Eureka.
The Humboldt County Sheriff’s department says the quake was felt in the office but it had no reports of any damage or injuries.
