Heffernan Executive Named Chair of California Trucking Association Chapter

Owen Oakley, vice president at Heffernan Insurance Brokers, has been named chairman for the San Francisco chapter of the California Trucking Association.

Owen previously served as a steering and planning committee representative for the association. His new duties include overseeing membership growth and the overall success of the San Francisco Bay area unit.

Beside his vice president role, Owen is the transportation practice leader at Heffernan.

Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Heffernan has offices in San Francisco, Petaluma, Menlo Park, Los Angeles and Orange County, as well as in Portland, Ore.; St. Louis, Mo.; Long Island and New York, N.Y.
