EPIC Enters into Strategic Transaction with Alliant in California

San Francisco, Calif.-based EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants announced a transaction of certain books of business to Alliant Insurance Services, including the customers of David Alvarado and a group of employees who came to EPIC in 2009 through the acquisition of VRT Insurance Services.

Alvarado and his team join Alliant in its San Francisco office.

Alliant is a large national insurance brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, Calif. EPIC is an insurance broker with offerings including commercial property/casualty, employee benefits, specialty program insurance and private client services.
