Synergy Professional Associates Expands Lawyers Program to Washington

Synergy Professional Associates has launched a new lawyers professional liability program focused on small law firms in the state of Washington, in partnership with AmTrust Underwriters Inc., an AmTrust Financial Company.

The new facility targets small law firms from one to 25 attorneys. Policies are written by Wesco Insurance Co., an AmTrust Group Insurance carrier admitted in Washington.

Limits available up to $2 million/$4 million. Deductibles starting at $1,000 per claim.

The policy features disciplinary proceedings and loss of earnings sub-limits, subpoena assistance, network and privacy breach sub-limit and extended reporting period options.

Production is accepted on an open broker basis from any retail producer licensed in the state.

According to Ira J. Dawer, president of Synergy Professional Associates, the expansion to Washington is a natural outgrowth of the company’s presence on the West Coast.
