Risk Strategies Acquires Dubraski & Associates in California

Risk Strategies Co. has acquired San Diego, Calif.-based Dubraski & Associates Insurance Services, a national brokerage and consulting firm that provides risk and insurance solutions to the healthcare industry.

Dubraski & Associates has experience in providing healthcare and managed care organizations with insurance and risk financing solutions.

Founder and CEO, Robert Dubraski, his partner Riggs Stephenson and their respective teams, will remain with the firm. Bob Dubraski will continue as president and CEO of Dubraski & Associates, lead the combined national healthcare practice and will become a member of Risk Strategies’ senior leadership team.

Boston, Mass.-based Risk Strategies is a national insurance brokerage firm that specializes in property/casualty and employee benefits.
