Nautilus in Arizona Moves Kilgas, Hires Joyce in Claims

Nautilus Insurance Group in Scottsdale, Ariz. has announced two changes to the management team of the organization.

Michael J. Kilgas, who has served as senior vice president of claims, will move to a new role as senior vice president of special projects and operations. Kilgas has been with Nautilus since 1987, and has over 37 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Thomas Joyce is joining Nautilus as senior vice president of claims. He has 30 years of claims experience.

Nautilus is an excess and surplus and specialty lines carrier and is comprised of Nautilus Insurance Company and Great Divide Insurance Company, member companies of W. R. Berkley Corp.
