Garner Consulting Joins Bolton & Co. in California

Pasadena, Calif.-based Bolton & Co. has joined forces with Garner Consulting, an independent insurance agency that provides employee benefits and compliance services.

As part of the transaction, Garner Consulting Principal John Garner join Bolton as chief compliance officer, and he his team will relocate to Bolton’s Pasadena office.

Bolton is a partner of Assurex Global. Garner is also headquartered in Pasadena, and it specializes in life, health and disability coverages.
