The New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance has officially notified TraffiCare International LLC to cease and desist all New Mexico operations due to their failure to obtain the required licenses and certificate of authority in New Mexico.
TraffiCare is offering New Mexicans insurance products that are both unauthorized and illegal.
TrafficCare offers insurance against traffic citations, which is inconsistent with New Mexico regulations.
