Bolton & Co. Acquires Rick Gombar Insurance in California

Bolton & Co. has acquired Los Angeles-based Rick Gombar Insurance Services Inc., an independent insurance agency that provides professional protection for the security industry.

As part of the transaction, Rick Gombar, president of the firm, will join Bolton & Co. as executive vice president. Gombar and his team will relocate to Bolton’s Pasadena office.

Pasadena, Calif.-based Bolton & Co. provides insurance and risk management services, employee benefits and financial products. As a partner of Assurex Global, Bolton employs more than 125 insurance professionals and places over $250 million in annual premiums on behalf of their clients.
