The Wright Group Acquires Assets from AFS in Colorado

Denver, Colo.-based The Wright Group Services announced it has purchased substantially all the annuity sales assets from Affiliated Financial Services in Colorado.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AFS services the product and sales needs of banks and credit unions, and distributes annuities through its insurance subsidiaries throughout the Midwest and Rocky Mountains. The existing staff was relocated to the TWG Colorado Boulevard location.

This completes the fifth acquisition for the TWG team in the last three years. TWG is an insurance brokerage providing risk management, benefits and retirement products throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, the Western U.S. and Canada.
