Poms Names Minkel to Head Executive Protection in Colorado

Poms & Associates Insurance Brokers Inc. named Monica Minkel senior vice president and the leader of the executive protection practice in the Denver, Colo. office.

Minkel will oversee the placement of executive protection products on a national scale and provide consulting, marketing and client support for directors and officers liability, professional liability and related product lines for Poms’ locations in California, New Mexico and Colorado.

She has more than a decade of experience as an underwriter and broker specializing in D&O liability. Prior to joining the firm Minkel was vice president and director of the executive liability practice for Van Gilder Insurance.
