USI Acquires Wick Pilcher in Arizona

USI Insurance Services acquired Phoenix, Ariz.-based Wick Pilcher Insurance Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Wick Pilcher provides insurance programs for all facets of employee benefits, commercial and personal risk. By combining the existing USI office in Phoenix with Wick Pilcher Insurance, USI becomes one of the largest middle-market insurance brokerage firms in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.-based USI is considered the ninth largest insurance broker in the U.S. and operates out of roughly 100 offices across the country.
