Thomas Becomes Partner in RSI

Bill Thomas has partnered with Ben Thomas and Barry Rabune of Costa Mesa, Calif.-based of RSI Insurance Brokers, a property and casualty insurance company that focuses on the transportation industry.

RSI recently expanded, creating a sister company called RSI Employers Source that will also serve the transportation industry along with other industries, but in the employee benefits arena.

The new partnerships’ focus will be providing broker consulting and health insurance solutions for mid- to large-sized organizations in the agriculture and transportation industries.

“Our goal is to work together with employers to help them better understand how they can provide their employees with effective, quality employee benefits solutions and by doing so, can help them as a company better achieve their overall organizational goals,” Thomas said.

Thomas comes to RSI with more than 20 years of employee benefits experience. He has held senior leadership roles with national health plans, large employee benefits brokerage and consulting firms and healthcare provider organizations. Within each of his previous roles, his focus has been upon marketing, business development, management and customer service.
