San Diego-Based Champion Hires Former Agency Owner

Champion Risk & Insurance Services, L.P., an affiliate of Wood, Gutmann & Bogart Insurance Brokers, has announced that Bob Cheverton has joined the firm as a producer.

Prior to joining Champion Risk, which is located in San Diego, Cheverton was a partner at Cheverton Insurance Services, formally Milton R. Cheverton and Cheverton – Bach Company. He has served as president of the local Independent Insurance Agents Association (San Diego), in 1982, and was district director for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of the West from 1982 to 1985.
